Samsung is scheduled to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 3 later next week. Spoiling Samsung's party, though, a leak has detailed almost every key aspect of the company's upcoming foldable.
The marketing materials and brochures of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 have been shared online, which highlights all its key new changes and improvements.
Samsung to Focus on Improved Durability With Galaxy Z Fold 3
Going by the leaked brochure shared by GizNext, Samsung seems to have focused on improving the reliability of its upcoming foldable device. The cover display and back of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass Victus, which is more durable and less prone to scratches.
Samsung also claims to use its "strongest aluminum frame" yet on the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The Armor Aluminum frame of the device is up to 10 percent more durable and helps protect the device's internals and hinge.

For the main folding display, Samsung claims in the marketing brochure that it is using its biggest Ultra Thin Glass along with a panel layer and protective film that's 80 percent more durable than before.
The brochure also reveals the size of the folding display on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has grown to 7.6-inches, with Samsung using an under-display camera to offer a truly immersive viewing experience. Both the cover and the folding display will feature 120Hz high refresh rate panels.
Galaxy Z Fold 3 Will Be the World's First Water-Resistant Foldable Device
Another key design highlight of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be its IPX8 rating, making it water-resistant. Samsung proudly claims in the leaked brochure that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the "world's first water-resistant foldable smartphone."

The leak confirms Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 chipset will power the Galaxy Z Fold 3. It also confirms the device's camera setup, which includes a primary 12MP shooter, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 12MP telephoto sensor.
The cover screen will feature a 10MP camera, while the folding display will house a 4MP under-screen camera. All the usual Samsung camera features like Director's View, Night Hyperlapse, and Night mode will also be present on the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
Samsung plans to offer the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in three colors: Phantom Black, Phantom Green, and Phantom Silver. The device will also support S Pen, which Samsung has designed specifically to work with its foldable devices.
Samsung is scheduled to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 3 along with its other foldable devices at its upcoming Unpacked event on August 11th.
Reliability has been a key issue with Samsung's previous foldable devices, and it looks like the company wants to take a huge step forward in this regard with the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
